Consumer Credit Alliance is a small sized credit repair company in Mckinney, Texas. While they appear to be a reputable company there are some issues. The first is that they are a very young and small company with what only appears to be a handful of employees.  We have found that when a company only has a handful of employees they may not be able to give the best service.  What happens if a few employees leave the company or take a vacation?  Who will be there to handle your case?  Also, they do not have a toll free number but instead just have a local Texas phone number which may us question if they are able to work with clients from around the country or just clients located locally.

  • Results:  Consumer Credit Alliance has not posted any testimonials or copies of real deletion results on their website for you to browse and gauge which may speak to the very young age of the company.  There are complaints online about the lack of results and services people received when dealing with this company.

  • Experience:  The experience of  Consumer Credit Alliance is hard to determine.  The company has been in business since 2012 and not much information can be found on the directors of the company and their experience in the industry. Typically, if there is a lot of experience in the company that is something they will promote however and we don't see a lot of that. Additionally, there is not a lot of information on their website and the information they do have is vague.
  • Types of Programs Offered  The Consumer Credit Alliance website doesn’t get any specifics about the programs that they offer.  You will have to call directly for more information.
  • Pricing and Value:  The Consumer Credit Alliance website doesn’t mention the specific cost of any program.  You will have to call for more information.  However, value is directly tied to results and with the background, size, and complaints on the company you really have to consider what that value might be.
  • Guarantee:  The website for Consumer Credit Alliance does not mention them having any money back guarantee.  They may indeed have one but if they do it is not something they wish to advertise.  Generally, when a company has plenty of confidence in their program they will offer and advertise a very customer friendly money back guarantee.
  • Reputation/Reviews:  When doing a simple Google search for Consumer Credit Alliance we have found a few complaints about the lack of service by the company.  While no company is immune from complaints it is troubling to have such easily searchable complaints when the company is so small and young.
  • Time of Program The website for Consumer Credit Alliance does not specify any details to the timing or terms on the website.  In Texas, companies can only charge for a maximum of 6 months.
  • Website Security:  Consumer Credit Alliance does not have the ability to sign up through their website so web security is not an issue.
  •  Compliance:  Without seeing their agreement it is tough to tell if they are in compliance with state and federal laws. We do know that they are indeed bonded and registered with the Texas Secretary of State.

If you are looking at enrolling with Consumer Credit Alliance it is important that you do all your research.  There are some issues to be aware of and we recommend you look into our top recommended companies before moving forward with another company.
