Get Credit Healthy is a small sized credit repair company in Miami, Florida. While they appear to be an upstanding and law abiding company there are some concerns.

  • Results:  Get Credit Healthy has posted many testimonials but no copies of real deletion results on their website for you to browse and gauge.  With any testimonial it is impossible for us to verify the authenticity.

  • Experience:  The experience of Get Credit Healthy is hard to determine.  The company has been in business since 2009 but not much information can be found on the directors of the company and their experience in the industry. Typically, if there is a lot of experience in the company that is something they will promote however and we don't see a lot of that.
  • Types of Programs Offered:   Get Credit Healthy offers a standard dispute program along with ways to build new positive credit which is very important to maximizing a credit score.
  • Pricing and Value:  Get Credit Healthy offers 3 payment options:  A Regular Plan that costs $79.99 a month, a Premium Plan that costs $119.99, and a Platinum Plan that costs $159.99 a month.  Each plan includes disputing and customer service but as they plans get more expensive the customer is offered even more contact and credit education.  Without many customer reviews to be found online it is impossible to determine the exact value of their programs.
  • Guarantee:  The website for Get Credit Healthy states that they guarantee that customers will be treated professionally and that every customer will be assigned an expert credit coach to help them through the program.  The website makes no mention of any specific money back guarantee.  We have found that when a company is confident in their results they will offer and promote a very customer friendly guarantee.
  • Reputation/Reviews:  When searching for Get Credit Healthy online we are unable to find any independent customer reviews.  This can speak to the size and score of the company.  They may not be handling enough clients to have built an online reputation.
  • Time of Program:  The website for Get Credit Healthy does not specify any details to the timing or terms on the website.
  • Website Security:  Get Credit Healthy does not have the ability to sign up through their website so web security is not an issue.
  •  Compliance:  Without seeing their agreement it is tough to tell if they are in compliance with state and federal laws.

If you are looking at enrolling with Get Credit Healthy it is important that you do all your research. We recommend you look into our top recommended companies before moving forward with another company.

I am writing this review because I joined Get Healthy Credit in December, 2014 with a
credit score of 580 with Transunion and by May of 2015, it had gone down to 540.
They say something "went deliquent' while I was in the program and I am taking them
on their word, however, I don't know how much more money I would need to spend to
get my credit cleaned up since I paid almost $200. to get first get started in the program.
After six months, I finally cancelled my membership in May, 2015.
